Fraud! Beware!
Ordered and paid on 26 April, order is still processing. No response on emails. They take your money and don't deliver. Email address still has Justin's name on. Have messaged him on LinkedIn but he also does not respond there. I will be reporting your company to the Consumer Good and Services Ombud.

DO NOT BUY FROM ITOYS: FRAUD
FRAUD! I placed an order on 20 March 2020 for delivery. Payment made and the order confirmation email was sent to me. Yes, lockdown happened but they have not yet even bothered to send an email to let me know what's happening on their side. My product is not delivered to this day. I sent emails enquiring and they don't even bother to respond. Their social media platforms are also useless- they last updated them in 2019. Do not buy from this company!

Fraud! Placed an order on the 19th of January 2020 for delivery. Payment made via EFT, proof of payment sent to their e-mail address as per the payment details. Have not received my product. Send an enquiry message on the 24th January 2020 and got no response. So they take your money but never send your product or respond to emails! Do not buy from this company!

FRAUD! Out of business but still taking people's money?
Ordered and paid for an item almost a week ago. Promised delivery in 2 - 5 days but my order is still "Processing". No reply to emails or queries on FB. Seems they've been quiet on social media since February 2019. Are they out of business and still taking people's money? I've lodged a case and they will be investigated for fraud.

IToys Poor service and product delivery.
I have ordered a product (Mi Pow Power cube X) as a Christmas present and upon first delivery the item did not work. Then once I have sent the item back and got a "New" replacement. This new replacement is clearly a used item that someone else has returned, not only do I notice this from the poor condition of the item, but the original return slip that was still left in the box. This product was previously purchased in Durban as the slip states and returned and shipped from Cape Town to me in Johannesburg. I am not pleased with this service as I have paid for a new item, only to receive a used product that still has fingerprints, scratches, dents and a strange odor from its previous owner.

Best Service ever
I did a online purchase yesterday at 11:44 and my Plantations Voyager 5200 headset was delivered today by 9:25. They were also the cheapens place to buy the headset. I am over the moon with there services. Thanks iToys. I will most serenely do online purchase with you again . Derek Barnard

Best Service ever

BAD SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK
<p>I ordered an item from iToys on 27/12/16. </p> <p> </p> <p>Day later I lost my bank card, tried to contact them via the landline number provided, also emailed them - NO ANSWER. </p> <p>I tried a few times in the new year to cancel my order. </p> <p>I tried phoning again today (5/01/17) and still no answer. I am absolutely digusted at the service I received from this online platform. No answer to my calls neither to my email. </p> <p> </p> <p>Would not recommend this platform to anyone, especially if they want to do a return. </p> <p> </p> <p>I refused to sign the delivery because I am not interested in the item anymore. </p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service </p>

Bad products and no response

Bad products and no response
