If you're considering using Wondercoat, just don't. They're quick to take your money but couldn't care less about helping you when you have issues afterwards. In April 2014 I had my entire house and out buildings painted by Wondercoat at great cost - but I was assured by salesperson Darryn their service and guarantee was worth it. What a joke. A few months after the job was completed, the paint started bubbling and cracking so I asked them to come back and fix the problem. A month after phoning Darryn and multiple e-mails, I had NO response at all and eventually went to their offices in Randburg to get on my knees and BEG the branch manager for service. The job was eventually done but now the SAME place is bubbling and cracking again. I mailed Wondercoat on 18 February and guess what, one week later and again it's radio silence, no responses nothing, not even an acknowledgment of my e-mail. Utterly USELESS.
Great selection of products, good prices and amazing customer service. Super happy with my purchase, the constant communication and the fast delivery.
Ordered and paid for an item almost a week ago. Promised delivery in 2 - 5 days but my order is still "Processing". No reply to emails or queries on FB. Seems they've been quiet on social media since February 2019. Are they out of business and still taking people's money? I've lodged a case and they will be investigated for fraud.
I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Anna for being the most caring, understanding and efficient customer care person I've ever dealt with. Your willingness to help and to go above and beyond the call of duty is a rare commodity in South Africa these days and I just want to let you know how much I value the time and effort you and Norman have dedicated to helping me out. Your competition had better watch out!
I ordered fibre for my property almost two months ago. The order was summarily cancelled and no reason was given for the cancellation (I called and ask, neither Vuma or MWEB could tell me who cancelled my order or why, I still don't know who did it because you both point fingers at eachother and say "It wasn't us it was them!"). I then placed a NEW order and now I've been waiting going on 5 weeks for a "site inspection"... Guys, I expect this level of service and efficiency from Telkom, NOT YOU. Do you even want my money? I feel sorry for your customer care consultants like Albertina who has diligently followed up with me numerous times, but who is clearly not empowered at all to do anything meaningful to help your customers. Your customer experience is a disgrace. You should be ashamed. Openserve (Telkom) has just finished trenching in my road, I have NO issues giving my money to them given your abysmal service levels (and judging by the number of terrible reviews here on HelloPeter your track record is severely lacking). I must also point out that your installations are falling apart all around Roodepoort. I've seen many poles where your equipment has fallen off the gum poles and is just hanging in mid-air. Is maintenance another thing you're terrible at? SIES!
