This is the worst paint you can use on your walls. They provide you with a so-called 10 year warranty but their ******* start peeling off after 6 months. Then they have no interest to fix it, rather threaten you with legal actions!

Poor after sales service - 2 years subsequent to an external painting job on my home & perimeter walls the paint started to flake & bubble in numerous places. Over a period of time I managed to get Wondercoat to visit and review so as to attend to repairs under the 10 year warranty. After much discussion and promises to do repairs according to warranty allowances all they wanted was to quote on a new paint job...be careful when dealing with this company, they have a broad range of warranties that don't seem to count for anything. So very disappointed especially as the salesman who setup our job pushed the warranty so hard, which ultimately won me over to go with Wondercoat, but in the end has not been honored or upheld in any way. I have waited several months now for a response from them to resolve this which has now led me to performing paint repairs at my own cost - which I then intend to claim from Wondercoat via the legal system. Anyone interested in the paperwork, photos or even a site visit is welcome to contact me on heiny.peck@hotmail.com.

I had my walls coated by Wondercoat in 2008, in December 2014 I saw some deterioration on a few walls, I called and logged the complaint with Wondercoat, they responded efficiently and sent out one of the consultants to asses the repairs required, I was concerned because many of these guarantees offered are not worth the paper written on.
Ignatius called in January 2015 to confirm that the team would be arriving to repair all work required.
I must say I would like to thank Wondercoat and the team for Honouring there guarantee.
Even 7 years into the10 year guarantee they revived my house and upheld the guarantees they offer.
Many thanks.

If you're considering using Wondercoat, just don't. They're quick to take your money but couldn't care less about helping you when you have issues afterwards. In April 2014 I had my entire house and out buildings painted by Wondercoat at great cost - but I was assured by salesperson Darryn their service and guarantee was worth it. What a joke. A few months after the job was completed, the paint started bubbling and cracking so I asked them to come back and fix the problem. A month after phoning Darryn and multiple e-mails, I had NO response at all and eventually went to their offices in Randburg to get on my knees and BEG the branch manager for service. The job was eventually done but now the SAME place is bubbling and cracking again. I mailed Wondercoat on 18 February and guess what, one week later and again it's radio silence, no responses nothing, not even an acknowledgment of my e-mail. Utterly USELESS.

As per my previous complaint, I decided to report this breach of contract to the Dampproofing and Waterproofing Association of South Africa (DWASA) whose logo is all over your website and documentation.

I was surprised to get a response from them telling me that you are no longer a member of their association. This explains a lot. I feel like I was c o n n e d!!

Buyer beware.
