Worthless Wondercoat Warranties

Poor after sales service - 2 years subsequent to an external painting job on my home & perimeter walls the paint started to flake & bubble in numerous places. Over a period of time I managed to get Wondercoat to visit and review so as to attend to repairs under the 10 year warranty. After much discussion and promises to do repairs according to warranty allowances all they wanted was to quote on a new paint job...be careful when dealing with this company, they have a broad range of warranties that don't seem to count for anything.

So very disappointed especially as the salesman who setup our job pushed the warranty so hard, which ultimately won me over to go with Wondercoat, but in the end has not been honored or upheld in any way. I have waited several months now for a response from them to resolve this which has now led me to performing paint repairs at my own cost - which I then intend to claim from Wondercoat via the legal system.
