As per my previous complaint, I decided to report this breach of contract to the Dampproofing and Waterproofing Association of South Africa (DWASA) whose logo is all over your website and documentation.

I was surprised to get a response from them telling me that you are no longer a member of their association. This explains a lot. I feel like I was c o n n e d!!

Buyer beware.
I paid about R35 000 to have an area painted and my balcony waterproofed in 2014. Theunis from Wondercoad told me that they will remove my balcony tiles, and waterproof the area. He also said I can have it retiled by my tiler after three weeks. He said the waterproofing will last longer if I tiled over it.
The work was completed in a few days and a few weeks later I had the are tiled.
A few months later my walls started bubbling again and water was now seeping into the area below my balcony that was waterproofed. I struggled to get Wondercoat to come fix their work. Jarred eventually arrived at my place and told me that the skirting tiles were peeling away from the wall and that they would waterproof the areas that were peeling off the wall. He was going to quote on some rising damp problem as well.
Some days later I received the quote and decided to have the rising damp fixed by Dampcon because of all the delays I was experiencing with Wondercoat.
Because I rejected their rising damp quote, they are now saying they will not fix my walls because my tiler damaged their waterproofing.

This whole thing of a 15 Year warrantee is a SCAM. Save yourself and stay away from this company!!
