Dont Trust Wondercoat
In 2022 I contacted wondercoat. Rob Long came and inspected the property and told me would come and fix the paint that needed to be done but never came. Last year in 2024 he now tells me of cracks, damps and water proofing that must first be fixed and gave me a R65000 quote. He does not keep the 10 year warranty policy. Had he had came in 2022 the damage would not have doubled. Dont Trust this company people.

Happy with completed work.
Thank you to Wondercoat wall & roof coatings on a job well done. I especially want to thank Washington and his team for their work ethics. Ignatius was more than helpful and always willing to assist when needed. It took slightly longer than anticipated but the overall experience was good, I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family

Guarantee Honored
Wondercoat painted the outside of my property in Pretoria in September 2016, I received a 10 year guarantee from them. I contacted Wondercoat in March and explained that there was some walls that needed some repair work, the areas was inspected by a representative by the name of Ignatius , Ignatius sent me an email explaining why the repairs was needed and he advised that he will send a team to attend to the repairs as soon as it is possible. The repairs has now been completed, and the best part, at no cost, as it was covered by the Guarantee. The walls looks as good as new again. Thank you Wondercoat, for your assistance and as was promised, they do honor their guarantees.

What a pleasure ! Wondercoat wall and roof coatigs, was recommended to me by a friend, being skeptical at first..... I contracted, Wondercoat wall & roof coatings to repaint my entire house, including inside walls and the roof. What an unbelievable experience !, from day 1, all the staff were polite and friendly and worked with such vigor and managed to complete the project in a matter of no time. We want to commend the supervisors and the staff for their cleanliness and attention to detail and always respecting our requests. Washington and Trevor are assets to your company. Thank you Wondercoat for the great service, although your quote was not the cheapest, it was worth it in the end. Wondercoat bad experience
Please do not even consider using Wondercoat Wall & Roof Coatings!! We used this company to do waterproofing and painting of our house. We are in year 8 of our 10 year guarantee and had to call them out for repairs every year. This is where the issues started. You need to beg for service and repairs to start. Then when they eventually arrive, they use subcontractors to do the work. And no - there is no supervision as originally promised. Our house have been scarred by repairs and the recent repairs have taken almost 2 months and still not done... work that should have been done in a week. The teams have no consideration for your time or property. They messed on paving, ballustrades, garden furniture and destroyed the garden. No other option than to go legal route...

I contracted Wondercoat wall & roof coatings, to do some extensive work to my property in 2012 , I experienced some issues after the recent rains , I contacted the office and was assisted by a lady called Alice , I received wonderfull service from all the staff involved, it has now been 2 weeks since my initial query and the the work has been rectified. thank you to Wondercoat wall & roof coatings and the staff .
