DO NOT BUY FROM ITOYS: FRAUD

FRAUD!

I placed an order on 20 March 2020 for delivery. Payment made and the order confirmation email was sent to me. Yes, lockdown happened but they have not yet even bothered to send an email to let me know what's happening on their side.

My product is not delivered to this day. I sent emails enquiring and they don't even bother to respond. Their social media platforms are also useless- they last updated them in 2019.

Do not buy from this company!
