On Saturday the 19 July at 2.30 am we arrived at the drive threw place a order at 02.55 and waited another 30 minutes for the order cause the staff decided instead of making enough chicken they will fry each order as it comes in so isn't the point of a drive threw suppose to be a in a out services the entire process took me over a hour how can it be that a big franchise food outlet given this type of services this outlet is busy every weekend so I would expect better planing and services I'm disgusted in the qaulify of food the chicken was half raw.
Im totally disgusted in the Nimble group I had a mix telematics account I cancelled because of bad service mix telematics is showing as a open account on my credit profile with a balance of just over R5000 nimble goes and list the same account on the credit bureau with the same reference number for a amount of over R6800 firstly I would like nimble to confirm my debt with the relevant chain of debt secondly I want that account removed from my credit profile as per the law you can't duplicate a account as the mix telematics accounts shows a open status so the duplicating account is a inaccurate reflection of my credit commitment and I don't consent to inaccurate credit information being shared I want a way Forward or I'll take this up with the nca you can't just duplicate accounts as you please.

I orderd a bed online on the fifth of july today is the 23rd im still waiting call center agents cant tell me where it is or when it will be deliverd i call and get put on hold for 15 mins at a time and then the call gets dropped i find your service shocking and upsetting for a institution of your caliber..
I bought a audi A4 2010 2.0t in the first week of december 2018 but the service i received from this establishment is jus so sad in the 1st day of driving a list of issues surfaced which i brought to the sales mans attention long story short my car has been in for repairs for the past 2 weeks no one keeps me informed about progress if i dont call no one informs me i was suppose to get my car back today after i gave them a list of faults ranging from suspension issues to a fault timming chain and cam follower low ideling oil consumption and even faded spots on the body from a buff they had done on the paint its two weeks i still dont have no clue when my car will be back i am a sales rep and need my car to perform my work duties is there a regulatory body i can take this up with as i am certainly not happy at all. They still tell me they dont have courtesy vehicles to give me so how do i pay for a car thats been in for repairs more than i have owned it this is the 2nd time in 2months.
I find your service unacceptable for such a large and established organisation since december i am trying to cancel 2 policies its now the end of Jan but your establishment is quick to send payment reminders #OldMutaul get ur service levels in order.
