From my experience, deedsoffice.online is most likely a **** site. Paid R525 on 15 March for a copy of a title deed as we needed to submit building plans, turnaround was meant to be 1-3 days. I have yet to receive a response. I suggest you use Lexis Windeed if you need a deeds office search. I bought a R200 search voucher from windeed.co.za on 21 March and received a copy of the title deed on 21 March

tangled.co.za ignore emails related to wrong product
Tangled.co.za advertised an iPad case with compatible iPad model number SPECIFICALLY mentioned in product description. I was willing to pay extra as I cannot find a case for that model iPad anywhere else. Forget the 7-day money-back guarantee - they don't bother to respond to emails regarding wrong packed and delivered products. I sent my first email right after I opened the courier parcel (well within the 7-day period)
