BUILDERS ONLINE PURCHASE *****!
After many attempts to try and get my online order from Builders Warehouse, I am informing you that I will now complain at the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), and also on all social media platforms as well as hello peter. I will also be in contact with the Provincial Consumer Affairs Office And the Retail Ombudsman. This is unacceptable as I have paid for a product that I have never received, this is *****!!!!!

REFUND US!
NEVER AGAIN!! Bad experience! They quoted us on our Household items, we paid in full. They team arrived and the Inventory list was not complete with all our household on, we had to make a plan and get a trailer to move our stuff, the Team was great, but the ladies in the office did not give the information through, also we asked that they bring a trailer with as they can't drive into the Complex with the Truck, they never did, our day was stressfull and a mess because of them.

I never had to claim, but they were always helpful and friendly, the app and whatsapp worked very good and their feedback was always quick and efficient.
