BUYER BEWARE! Unprofessional & desperate
Appalling customer service - based on personal experience. I do not recommend this company for professional use. Any eCommerce business thinking of using MDS as a courier service should reconsider. Watch out for threatening emails and phone calls when things don't go their way. They change their terms of delivery as they wish without prior notification or consideration. Expect a phone call from the CEO himself, threatening you with legal action if you dare tell the truth and leave a one star review.

Desperate for business and funds, they will ***** you at the drop of a hat!
BUYER BEWARE! If you are acting on behalf of a business and are looking for a courier company to work with you and grow as a business this is the LAST courier service you should consider. They have no consideration for customer service or loyalty. They constantly loose parcels, block your account for no reason, and change the terms of the agreement without notification or consideration. They are so desperate for funds that they hold parcels hostage for payment - even if payment isn't due for 10 days! I would not recommend this company, no matter how reasonable their rates are - in the end you certainly get what you pay for. A professional business should not use MDS Collivery as and extension of their services - mark my words, you WILL regret it!

STAY AWAY - They will steal your money!
Joe Ghazi from Imex Trade is a thief and a liar. I paid him almost twenty five thousand rand for various services, including company registration, import & export permit and Company Registration for UIF / PAYE. After a few months he just stopped responding to emails and phone calls -WhatsApp messages are read but ignored. I had not choice but to pursue legal action and to report him to the Ombustsman.
