Vodacom does not respond for over 10 weeks
Had a Glass-fibre Cable Box installed in my home in October 2018 by Vumatel, VUMINV093654. Service provider Vodacom. In spite of NUMEROUS phone calls, emails, promises to escalate, up to today, I have never been contacted as promised for the instalment of the rooter. Among other I had contact with Zanele Mkhize, Martin Rothschild, Kashief Martin, Tim... All to zero avail. Their initial promise was it would not take longer than 1 week....... It has been over 10 weeks now. The service is clealy beyond useless.
