I was feeling really confident in my decision to enroll at IMM Graduate School to pursue a BCom in Marketing. However, my experience has been frustrating—I’ve been sent in circles, with messages left unread, requiring me to follow up daily on queries regarding my current qualification. I’ve also faced challenges in obtaining the necessary documents from my previous institution. Instead of being offered alternatives or support, I was simply informed that my application would be declined if the correct documents were not provided, leaving me with no clear path forward.
I received assistance from Ragiema Khan who had been exceptional throughout the entire bond application process, especially with my partner and I applying to become first time home owners. She is friendly, communicated well, the information received was fast and very professional. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thank you for making this experience a breeze!
Myself and my partner recently visited the new De Zicht property in Richwood, Cape Town as we are interested in buying a unit. The place itself ticked all boxes. When it came to discussing the bond process - we were told that we’re not “allowed” to use our own mortgage originator or go through our own channels and it has to be through the property owner. Firstly I found that very unlawful, the estate agent we dealt with was very condescending and forceful. Secondly, everything was discussed in a “rush rush” manner, due to having other clients waiting outside not to mention taking calls in between a very short meeting. Lastly, is it just me but to have someone interested in purchasing a luxury apartment, we were not able to see all the facilities included, nor did we receive any “luxury” treatment or service. I’m sorry - but for these property owners to have interested candidates, especially during the times we are facing, I wouldn’t recommend investing with Balwin Properties. These estate agents are entirely only interested in filling their pockets.
I am very appalled by the service and attitudes of the bouncers, especially "managers & owners" who think by wearing an earpiece they can racially profile people who were willing to spend money at your venue? Also, having the audacity to swear at a potential client's fiance. You bounce 4 coloured people who had ID's/ driver's licenses but minutes later let 2 white females in that did not even look over the age of 20. I WILL throw the race card around because I think there clearly is an issue surrounding this venue, I truly hope you either get your act together when it comes to how you treat potential customers or go and lose business elsewhere. This is not the first time it has happened, there are many other people that have made a point about this including that they also change the age restriction when it suits them.
