They made me wait 1 month before responding saying it was my internet connection that resulted in me being unable to close my trade in profit. Errors given was off quotes and invalid parameters even though other markets were live. Do not trust them at all.
Devastating warranty policies. I purchased a ryobi drill for DYI purposes. It started giving me trouble so I took it back to the Ross burgh branch where I purchased the item from. They gave me a job card even though I said I'm unhappy with the item for it to be giving me issues within the warranty period and I would prefer to purchase another brand they refused saying the policy states it will need to go for assessment. I waited until recieving feedback from ryobi service center in Springfield to collect the item several weeks later and countless follow ups. When I went to collect the item they had already sent it back to the store which wasn't the arrangement made. They rectified the matter and couriered it to me as I am staying far from any of the branches. The problem was an electrical fault of which they supposedly repaired. Weeks later when I needed to use my drill again I experienced the same fault. I went to the riverhorse branch and told them I want a refund / even a credit /another drill as this is clearly a problem with the machine and I'm unhappy with the product only for them to say sorry they will need to send for assessment again... To what end? Wasting my time and efforts for a **** product. Makes me not want to ever support such a ridiculous company.
Hi I have a third party claim due to being involved in an accident with one of budget insurance clients and it has been 3 weeks since the accident.. My vehicle is in a yard and accruing storage costs.. I had to arrange for the vehicle to be towed myself and even though I have the invoices the consultants merely say in a happy tone that they will not be held liable. My car is only mode of transport and I now have to hire a vehicle and even this cost they say they won't be liable for. I am undergoing major financial stress and after trying to get them to take my vehicle which is currently un drivable to be assessed at 1 of their centre's they said a consultant will call me within 48hrs.. Of which I received no call or follow up. When I called them to enquire when will the assessment be scheduled.. They said only after their clients claim is finalized of which they cannot provide any time indication of... Pathetic service!!! 3 weeks and on going without any progress and it's made pretty clear that the 3rd party is the least of their priorities. Won't recommend budget insurance to anyone..
