The last two days I have had no WiFi connection for my business due to lack of knowledge, lost money due to the fact that I cannot process payments on my point of sale system and still losing money. No one has bothered to contact me to assist after constantly calling and holding on, spent over R400 just on phone calls! Logged numorous calls for supervisor Jason to call back and ‘escalated’ my issue countless times. I am utterly disgusted in the service and overall dealings with this company!
