Disgusting service from Vast Networks
The last two days I have had no WiFi connection for my business due to lack of knowledge, lost money due to the fact that I cannot process payments on my point of sale system and still losing money. No one has bothered to contact me to assist after constantly calling and holding on, spent over R400 just on phone calls! Logged numorous calls for supervisor Jason to call back and ‘escalated’ my issue countless times. I am utterly disgusted in the service and overall dealings with this company!

Disgusting service from Vast Networks

I logged a called with Vast help desk on the 13th of November,till today my problem hasn’t been resolved they keep on saying a technician has been assigned every day when I follow up on the call. This is really bad for our business and it’s frustrating, we can’t a run business without network nor emails for more than 2 weeks

Debit order
Good day, I have a problem here. My bank account is sitting on a huge minus balance because of Vast networks. Ther are debit orders that are being made and I had no knowledge of it. I did my research and found out that Vast networks is responsible for it. the following are the debit orders that have been taken out of my account and I would like them to remove it permanently.<br> <br> SOMU SIM vn-10779983-3<br> Deal depot vn-10779983-2<br>
