Fraud investigation not solved
I've been calling FNB Fraud department since the 15th of February because they listed one of my accounts und2r fraud investigation and I was never told about nor did I receive any communication till date. They keep on referring me to numbers that are only answering machines and giving an email address nhlamulo.baloyi1@fnb.co.za who has not responded to my email. I've called countless times and they fail to fix the issue of get ahold of this person called Nhlamulo Baloyi. I've been banking with FNB for years now and I am disappointed on this issue. So far zero communication and zero care to fix this issue thye have created without letting me know. FIX IT!!!! *****bamnkandla@gmail.com

<p>I have a huge problem. I deposited money to my account yesterday via ATM and it immedetely refected on my bank statement, I even used some of it. Today I needed to withdraw money but it said iot can not process the withdrawal. I checked my internet banking details but it says -R34.05 which I do not understand where it comes from. I went to the branch nearby and they telling me they can not explain my situation because they too can not lcomprehend the descriptions on the statement. Additional packages
I applied for a contract phone twice and both were declined. This was done through the phone. Now I thought the additional packages would not be charged but to my surprise they took a debt order from my bank which now puts be in debt on something I do not even use or was not informed about. the extra packages are Tech Trace, Phone Box, MagZone and Safe Base. My bank balance is sitting on R1500 due to this debt order and I don't even know how am I going to pay for this. This is so stressful because that puts me int debt that I had no clue it will happen.
