Thus far I'm shocked! My partner went to collect his car, which was confirmed to be a Kia Rio days ago and on arriving they pointed him to a Hyundai i10. When he queried them as to when he can get what he actually asked for they said they can't tell him when it'll be ready. I've tried calling but it appears their phone line is perpetually down. The only way to communicate with them is via email, which is difficult when your standing at the point of collection waiting for an answer when you have to get back to work and on with your life.
My internet has been down for two days, I've been trying to get hold of support and am unable to get through.
