Hi guys i would like to tell you about my experience at Landes beauty spa in Liberty Promemade in Mitchells plain i went there to get my brows waxed and tinted what a disaster the the****** clearly didnt know what she was doing my brows came out skew and ugly unevenly coloured after i told the receptionist i was unhappy she asked another the****** to make my brows right she tinted my brows again and it just made it worse when i was done i paid and left i asked for their email to log a complaint with their owner this happened on the 2nd of January .On the 3rd of January i emailed their owner again asking for a response to my complaint i got no response i phoned the shop and asked for her number they said they not allowed to give her number i told them to phone her and to tel her to get back to me. After i called the shop i received a email from their owner Yolande telling me that her the****** tried to help me and that i was stil not happy she wil refund me and that i should make use of another spa instead my problem is she didnt call me and ask me what happened or apologise for her workers incompetence she just told me basically to not come back to her shop and made me look like a liar. Landes promenade owner and staff has no customer service they dont value their customers and their staff should do their homework when it comes to tinting the dye should be kept on for 5-10 min and not just 5min maybe i wouldve gotten a better result. As for the owner she should learn to respect her clientele and not be offensive when getting complaints she clearly doesnt know how to treat her customers i was very dissapointed and disgusted with response to my complaint. If thats how she treats her customers i would gladly spend my money somewhere else.I would advise all ladies to make use of a other spa where they feel valued and appreciated.
My name is JoAnn I purchased my son a pair of Reebok classic takkies at totalsports promenade in Mitchell's plain in December 2018 which I payed cash was priced at 900 rand .Today I wanted to return the takkies for a other pair or something else cause the takkies was defective some of the stichting came loose as I explained to the manager which later told me his name is Clint I asked for his surname he refused to give to me he told me he cannot help me with the exchange cause I didn't have the box of the takkies I told him I don't have the box anymore I threw it away but I have the slip of the purchase and the takkies I even showed him the problem with the takkies still he refused to help me.I asked him for head office number he gave me the number for the helpline .I took it and left.What kinda customer service do they have telling me they can't help me cause I don't have the box of the takkies I spent all that money now they tel me they can't help me they must get the box also.I mean they can't tel me they don't have a extra box in the storeroom or give me the other takkies and keep the box.I was so upset and disgusted by these people turning me away from the store for a box . Someone from that store should call me asap to sort out this problem cause I won't leave this problem like this I will take it even further .
