Is this a legitimate company?? They have pestered us regarding an outstanding amount due - we are now trying to pay this - but they cannot provide proof that payments were received and DO NOT RESPOND TO E_MAILS.. I have made various calls and get promised that we will receive a statement reflecting our payments, but nothing yet?? Interest is piling up, through no fault of our own! Please can someone get back to us???? Come on guys, how can e-mails go unanswered? How are you collecting outstanding, but cannot offer an account to proof this? Call me on ********** , Brandon
Could you trouble LENNON SAMDUTH from the Vodacom Online team to please reply to my e-mail sent LAST WEEK. There is NO way to contact them by phone and they DO NOT REPLY TO E-MAILS. WHY DO I NEED TO GO THROUGH THIS JUST TO BEG SOME ONE IN THAT OFFICE GET BACK TO ME. DO YOUR JOBS!!!
ever in my life have i experienced service like this. Why have people working for you that don't know what the hell they are doing. This is 2019 and your company is stuck in the dark ages - no one replies to e-mails, consultants promise to call back and never do and there is no other way to get ahold of them. Does this manager know what is happening in his department - is he even there?? I HAVE ASKED FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE ESCALATED 4 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS STILL DRAGGING ON. if Tracey & Lennon are the only 2 people in this department - that is really just SAD!!!! ZERO sense of customer service / NO FOLLOW UP / NO FOLLOW THROUGH / NO ACCOUNTABILITY / THEY DO (OR DONT DO) WHATEVER THEY LIKE AND I AS THE CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS UTTER NIGHTMARE. GET THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK - NOT LENNON NOT TRACEY - THE MANAGER 4 MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION, 4 MONTHS OF EMPTY PROMISES, 4 MONTHS OF UNRESPONSIVENESS AND I HAVE NO HAD IT WITH UP PEOPLE. .......... Dear HelloPeter team - for every review you mark as complete with your standardized reply saying someone will contact me during the course of the day (which does not happy).....5 more will be posted UNTIL SOMEONE LISTENS AND FIXES THIS NIGHTMARE After the THIRD time you sent my broken phone back to me to have fixed (because the whole of VODACOM ONLINE is for some unknown reason not capable of doing it for their customers) I have driven 45 mins to the Vodacare in Tygervalley and handed the device in on Saturday, 02 March. I received an SMS today, 18 March saying that it was ready for collection drove again to have it pick it up. Got to the store and was handed a box, whilst walking out - I thought to myself 'better just check that all is okay, as I am not planning on ever returning to any Vodacom outlet ever in my life'. Turns out I was handed an EMPTY box, with NO PHONE. Luckily for me, I was still in store when this happened - imagine me trying to explain this to you lot afterwards.. So, my question is - what happens now??????? I can tell you - this marks ANOTHER 3 months of get this darn contract cancelled. This marks the start of another row on calls to VODACOM shops / repair centres, only to be promised to be called back and it never happens.. This marks another 3 months of NO ONE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY (EVER). This marks another 3 months of paying for something that I DO NOT HAVE... But, you get your money each month, so all good, right? So i have copied any one and everyone in the e-mail to see if various VODACOM departments can co-ordinate between themselves and resolve this issue in a way that works for your mutual client. My guess is - this will not happen, although I do plead for you to prove me wrong just this once...
