I got a new engine from Remtec Superior engine solutions on 17 August 2022 invoice was paid R52900.00, and the engine Ford Ranger 3.2 was sent to Johannesburg. The engine was not working properly the oil pump was not working, after 8 days of the phone call and Remtec send a person out to inspect the engine and said the oil pump was not working, two days later a new engine was sent and now its the same problem whit the second engine. Spoken to Remtac and was told that they have contacted the garage and it is now 28 days later and still no car running. Every day I am using uber and cost me R700.00 per day. It seems that there is no proper response from Remtec Premium Engine Solutions. I am at the end of my rope now. I need my car fixed urgent or they must supply me with a car till it's been fixed. Two new engines and both are faulty. The man that was spoken to Koos at have not come back to me and does not answer his phone now.

Signature Motors I have had the worst experience with them. On 7 Feb 2022, I make a payment on a Mazda BT 50 and it was the worst place to get a car 1. I have asked the salesman and the manager if the car has a full-service history and 2x keys the answer from them was YES. 2. On collection of the Mazda the lock book was stamped it was servers but the contract state that only oil change was done. I take the Mazda to Car Service City for a check-up on the service was questioned about it, and it turn out only the oil was changed no fillers and not the correct oil as well. I have to reservice the Mazda 6 days of the collection of the car. When I went to them full excuses. 3. I went away on a short trip to Nelspruit are and the car gives me more problems than enjoyment (Turbo and turbo drain pipe) first we found out all the injectors are faulty (have to replace them before returning to JHB. I have contacted the sales manager and I was not helpful at all so I have to make all the payments out of my pocket. When I return to them I when the sales manager and she said no to repayment, 4. I went to the Ombudsman and put a complaint in on the mater and I have not seen a consultation from them only one email and the next a email to say the case have be close. 5. I have spent R22 000.00 more on the Mazda water and oil mix, windscreen wiper, and Water pips. And no response from the ombudsman or Signature motors 6. I paid R 295 000.00 for the Mazda and spend R80 000.00 on the Mazda out of my pocket. And will it stop there?
One Card / One Plan.co.za This is a big scam do what the paperwork said. When a claim go in for payment there are all ways an excuse not to pay. DO Not GO FOR THE SCAM. I know of more people affected by this, members that pay for years and when he claim come its a problem.
