I bought 7 items online, I then received an email and sms to come and collect my order at mams mall when I got I only received 1 item. I used petrol to get there. And now I must go back there again not even sure when I will receive the rest of my order. Shops should train their in store staff if they have online shopping also because I didn’t get any help from the store the guy didn’t even understand anything about the order…
Had a lovely experience with Aprix construction, the operations manager was very knowledgeable and reassuring, so glad we chose Aprix, can’t wait to move in to our new house 🫂
Yesterday 14/12/2020 I went to Dis-Chem Wonderboom Junction to buy Femagene intimate wash the price was R119.95 on special when I got to the till it was normal price I then told the cashier that it was on special she went to check but went for some time and then she came back and said that the special sticker was not there. After some time they called someone who said they will check on the cameras she came back and said the controller is on lunch I should come back after an hour I went back after an hour and the my said the controller is on lunch and said that he was on tea time the first time around and Esther the lady who told me that the controller is on lunch said she will come and fetch me since I work at around the centre to date I am still waiting to be fetched.
On the 28th of January 2019 We went to sleepmasters wonderpark we saw a bed and we were happy that there was a lay by. The consultant who helped us Nohlanhla was nice and helpful so we layby a bed, the price was 6999. There was a problem with stockcodes, but we paid. On the 31st of Jan We went to put in more cash when we got there,the price had changed to 7999 The other two employees were so rude to the sales consultant in front of us they told her that she must not tell them about the price that was in the front she should have checked on the system they were so rude and I think it was the manager and supervisor cause she asked help from them. The only reason we didn’t fight to get the bed with the price that we initially saw and it was displayed was that they were going to make the sales consultant pay the difference so we decided to ask for a refund. When I phoned their head office to complain the response was worse than the treatment we got from the store. We are still waiting for our refund to date. I will never go to sleep masters ever again I’d rather sleep on the floor. They don’t train their staff properly how can a manager speak to a consultant like that in front of a customer. It was clear that they don’t need customers
