Move house again giving notice, vodacom can't be bothered to do their job. FIBRE still not connected , several calls to Vodacom who then blame Vumatel. ******* service every single time.
Useless is an understatement , zero customer service, zero management interaction.Say they will call back NEVER DO ... Get past from pillar to post. Don't consider taking out a Fibre contract with them. Can't cancel a line and transfer it accordingly been trying to sort it out since 18th September. Don't even think they will care about this review either
I ordered shoes on line for my sons birthday 8th September , told I will get a tracking number , to date have received nothing , sent whatsapps & emails to be told the same bull story , I am devastated as my son never got his birthday present and my hard earned money of R1 599 down the drain , reported to Payfast too.
