Booked my car in at 9.30 this morning to fit a towbar , was told it will take 3 hours max. It's now 14.25 and it's not done yet. They also refused me to speak to the manager or owner.
I was involved in a accident in December 2018.claim CL ********** 55 and reported it. I was asked to fill out forms and send it back to them. That I did on the 13th December 2018 and I have email proof. I was called last week by a gentleman named Sipho and he informed me that they will not pay because I have not send the forms in. After explaining to him that I did he was very rude and just said well I must read the letter he is sending me and that I didn't send in the forms. After I resend the proof to him I have still not received any mail from him or their legal department as I was threatening with them. So please PMD prime Meridian Direct this is how you treat your paying customers. You suck and I have no option to go to the ombudsman with my case. Beware of them they are rude and incompetent., I will not recommend PMD prime Meridian Direct to anyone. I was really hoping that they were responsible and a respectibile company. Very very disappointing. Leon
