Complain against first help towbar
I had worst experience with first help towing today 28-11-2024 Thursday Someone bumped my car (truck driver) Even I didn’t call any towing … the guy came from first help towing and talked with that truck driver and the owner of the truck … they made some planing with each other and cheated me by saying they will fix my car and forcefully took my car and me to their some workshop saying that the workshop is not more far than 5 km from the spot When we reached the workshop they took my car keys and asked for 11730 rand for no reason They made me wait for 6-7 hours At afternoon they charged me 11370 rand and gave my keys and said if I will not take my car back we will charge you daily and will not return my car They wasted my whole day and my money Strict actions should be taken against this first help towbar company ….

Good afternoon Lenny . I've had a word with David and he put the phone down in my ear which to me is he's got no business ethics and to me he's selling cheap quality tarnua covers and won't garrentee the quality of he's product . I will be sending him a lawyers letter and I will be making this public to Hello Peter. As a consumer who else is he ripping off it's not even two weeks ago it's been fitted. It's ok for him to take people's hard earned money and turn a blind eye as he said I'm basically stupid sorry you don't do business like that. I'm still waiting for a response , The workmanship is shocking and 3 weeks now and no response. [2/20, 15:55] wazzam harding: Hi Lenny.
