Shahil Singh a claims administrator @ 24hr mobility- I have never received such terrible service from an agent since I’ve been with 24hr mobility. They are top notch. Please send Shahil for further training as he doesn’t have a clue how to deal with insurance matters. First of all if you fill in a claim form all the details are there in full description. Why must the client confirm it again via e-mail. That you do telephonically. Secondly you don’t ask the client to make contact with you & you don’t leave any number. Lastly do not tell the client you won’t have access to email and expect the client to wait for 4 days until you will be back in office. That’s Ridiculous.Rather hand over the matter to another agent to deal with the client directly telephonically, than to complicate things. The Matter has been solved by the amazing Thabisile Ndlovu. Take note my brother.

She is very professional & has a can do attitude over the phone. She also deals very quickly with with queries relating to any matters you need assistance with & also resolves it as speedily as possible.
