Had a problem with data not been allocated to my account. Phoned call centre, got 3 different answers from 3 different agents. Eventually on the 4th attempt someone was able to help me., albeit with a totally ridiculous response. On a 24 mth promo I did not get my last months data because MTN had allocated 2 months worth to my first month... how can this be my problem. Like always instead of admitting there mistake they made it my problem. Nice way to treat a "loyal" customer, especially as my contract is up for renewal. I wont be renewing with these thieves again.
