Perfume sales scam. - stay FAR AWAY
Ordered 4 perfumes, received 3 plus a handwritten note saying the 4rhnwaa out of stock and 'avoid delay of your order, we will refund you'. At least 5 emails later, 4 ignored phone calls, 3 whatsapps with proof of order and handwritten note promising a refund, there has been no response. Plus the other 3 'testers' only last for 1 minute or worse, don't smell at all like the original, it's a scam. How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me. I'm dying of cancer and will probably be dead before I receive a response

Bad service and downtime
Down time so regular. No answers to estimated repair times. Avoid if you can.
