Was charged for a scratch to the rim of the car I rented after handing the car back & having done a full hand back inspection with the Sani representative. This very minor scratch was not picked up at all when we did the hand back & am 99% sure was not caused by me. The vehicle was a replacement vehicle due to the first vehicle breaking down & the handover of the replacement vehicle was done very scantily on the side of the road. I’ve objected to this claim of theirs & am now unable to contact anyone to take up my objection. They have all gone to ground & haven’t reversed this damage claim . I really suspect that this is part of their business model. Claiming from customers for damages not incurred, or claiming multiple times for the same damage.
This online shop is possibly a *****ulent shop. I ordered Hoka shoes in Jan 24 and to date have not received any delivery of these. When trying to contact their service department, you get absolutely no response to the online form you complete nor the emails sent. ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE!!
DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Never received goods!! Do not respond to emails & no way of contacting them telephonically!!!
