To my utter disgusts I am getti g no joy from Ecotel and am starting to think they are fraudulent. I ordered and paid for my LTE service on 4 feb sending Rica and payment confirmation. When I followed up on the 7th I was told for some unknown reason the order was not finalised. Ayanda then finalised it and said I would receive a tracing number, which to date has not happened. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service I'm getti g fro. A company that rates their service the best on their website. The failure to meet any of their values on their Webpage is infuriating. How can yo offer ISP and telecommunications Services when you say you didn't receive emails and can't answer calls?? I want all my money back because I cannot see you delivering any kind of service of use to me.
