Great customer service I got and my hair got to me within 5 days💕
On the 30th of January 2019 it was a Wednesday I went to pep home in maponya mall to shop for some few items for my house, one of the shop assistant by the name of Lebo Dlamini was behind me and my one year old daughter The shop assistant looked very angry you could see she was moody she had a trolley with her so I saw her coming then I tried to move my baby out of the way so she could pass, she was so impatient what so ever then she pushed my baby with a trolley I then pushed her coz I couldn't understand why should would do that and I got very angry then she started arguing with me like I've never been treated like this ever in my life I looked down to pick up my baby then she slapped me on my face Like I was physically attacked by Lebo dlamini I really cannot tolerate such service on top of that the very same day I went to pep home south gate to buy the things I wanted and I spent R300. I spoke to the manager she took my details and told me that she will call me when they have resolved the matter I tried to call their headoffice to report her but their line is always busy and no one is picking up it's so annoying. I keep on calling up until they answer because this can't go one something needs to be done She doesn't deserve to work there she deserve to be home because she doesn't have any customer service at all I am very angry right now Please provide me with the correct number where I can report her Her name is Lebo dlamini.
