Urgent Final Notice: Refund for Undelivered Condenser
Dear Terrance, I am writing to formally address an unresolved and highly concerning matter. I paid the full amount for a condenser from Mr Cool Radiator and Spares. Despite your initial excuses, the condenser was never delivered. You later admitted that you were unable to supply the part and assured us that a full refund would be issued. It has now been nearly a month, and to date, no refund has been received. Even more concerning is the fact that you are now totally avoiding our calls and have not responded to any of our messages. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability

Very bad customer service
Worst service ever !!!!! Wont recommended anyone to buy a vehicle there !!!! Bought a vehicle over a 1/2 Million from NMG Bryanston with a broken T/Lamp they promised to replace the T/Light with a T/Light from the agents after numerous calls and attempts to get them to keep their promise they eventually send me a after market pirot T/Lamp from a aftermarket dealer which is leaking water. Needless to say now they have 100 excuses why they cant replace the light with the correct one.
