Poor service of lifts from Kone leaving people to fall ill

We live in a complex and we have constant problems with the lifts Kone is the servicing company the service is extremely poor They do not return calls a- the staff that come out are inefficient our lift is out of order since the 8.2.18 and to date they cannot fix it the area supervisor doesnt return calls the call centre staff does not return calls I cannot believe in this 21st century we living in kone cannot fix what they specialize in I do not recommend that kone be used for the servicing or purchasing os a lift as the service is pathetic to say the least We will have to wait and see if this lift ever gets sorted out by kone As for their staff that come out seem the most disinterested in doing a job they supposed to be qualified in. The Supervisor Sean is a liar he says he will have the lif up and running but nothing happens.
