Attempted to order a coffee and was told twice my card was declined. The next day I could see that both transactions had gone through, despite the fact I was forced to leave empty-handed. I have contacted Customer Service repeatedly only to be met with false promises of calling back and rectification.
A ****phobic business, which should be shut down. The fact establishments like this still exist is horrendous.
Such a frustrating and unpleasant experience with this rental group. Our estate agent was lazy, uncommunicative and disrespectful. She would schedule inspections or viewings for new tenants less than 20 minutes before they were due, would not respond to emails/messages and did not even appear at our exit interview. She never once apologized for her behavior. At least once she scheduled viewings with new tenants a) without telling us and b) without pitching at all, meaning we were forced to show these poor strangers around our flat which we had not even prepped for a viewing. Will never do business with them/her again, was a horrible experience.
