I Purchased a Mellerware kettle on Takealot last year the kettle arrived and and worked for only a week, I then sent this kettle back for a swop out, I then got the same model of kettle and used for just over 6 months the kettle then shorted out and burnt a hole in the base, I sent this back and Mellerware and Takealot refuse to honor the guarantee, Mellerware states the kettle was turned on without water in it which is untrue, but they are admitting that their appliances do not have basic safeties built into them to prevent fires, essentially they a selling ticking time bombs that have petonial of injuring people.
I spoke to Zuko to amend my insurance palovlcy and he explained everything clearly and was super friendly
Webafrica has the worst service I have ever received, as a "Valued Customer" I have been **** to, ignored and blatantly disregarded, not to mention they are purely using whatsapp and a support platform with automated greeting opening messages which appear to be from an agent but are not. I decided to cancel with them and sent the router back to the address the agent provided, I have harassed regarding the router as they want to charge me for a router that was returned, even after providing the Proof of delivery multiple times. I received an email about my cancellation at the end of May, yet they are stating that there is an outstanding balance for June. I have been communicating with multiple agents stating the same thing " The Router has been returned and the cancellation was scheduled for the end of May" but I continually receive emails from different agents for the same issue.
I wanted to cancel my MTN service with Axxess as the line was dropping constantly, when I attempted to cancel the service I was offered a discount for 2 months I accepted this with the intention of cancelling after the 2 month period I then attempted a cancellation and was told I could only do the cancellation after 2 months with no option of future dating it, I was not informed of this when signing up.
The most disgusting Service cannot hold up to SLA. I have been waiting for over a month for feedback on a new fibre line installation, it is criminal that Vuma is the only last mile in the area and they just don't care about their customers. I have never in my life seen such disregard for service delivery from a private business and they are still able to operate.
I have been trying to contact Webafrica Support for over an hour now, and the only point of contact for support is the WhatsApp line. Also, my new installation was meant to be done within 7 days of signing up and I am still waiting for contact from either Webarfrica or the FNO (Vumatel)

I placed an order by mistake online for the sunnyrock branch, because the online order system automatically defaulted to sunnyrock, I called the call center immediately and was told to call the branch were the order was placed to request a cancellation and refund , I called the branch and was informed by the lady on the phone that the manager does not allow refunds and cancellations. I wanted to move my order to the correct branch. I am now without the order or the money paid for it.
I loaded 3 GB of data on the 2nd of Feb I then ran out and loaded 3GB of data on the 14th, on the 15th at 07:15 I received a message that I am using my data out of bundle. This Sim is purely in my android device and when I checked mobile data usage on my android device it showed that a total of 4.5 GB has been used since the 1st of Feb how is it possible that the remainder of my data is unaccounted for. Is Vodacom stealing data and appropriating it elsewhere ? This is the worst service ever.
