Fraud and vodacom is not doing anything
Vodacom is terrible at resolving complaints and fraud cases! it has been over 6 months and they are blatantly ignoring me and my complaints. No one has come back with feedback regarding the case, including the complaints person that called me the first time after my review. Can Vodacom shut down please, they keep billing every month for a device that i never got nor signed up for any contract or upgrade!! i would like to believe that vodacom is running fraud activities. please do not take up any contracts with vodacom

Fraudsters working as Consultants and managers
We had the most horrific experience at Alberton city!! The consultant upgraded and added a new line on our account without the account holders consent. When we brought this this managers attention she told us to **** off and go to hell shes not getting involved. That rude woman must be fired from there she does not know how to handle customers!! We will be opening a fraud case against her and the consultant because they are defrauding customers. We paid close to 4000 for cancelling a damn contract which we are still getting billed for!!! We paid them in cash and did not give us receipts they said they will email them till today we have not received anything from them. They are defrauding customers and need to get arrested for this! Vodacom has fraudsters in their store that intimate you when you make them aware that you know if they motus operandi

Crooks and scammers
This company does not want to pay me my money for renting my car. They give me issues and are avoiding my calls. No one wants to talk to me and give me straight answers as to when I will get my money back. If they feel that want to take me on by not paying me my money they are in for a legal battle! This scam company needs to shut down because we cannot have people scammed. We work hard everyday to have people come and rip us off like this. The CEO Dorian needs to respond on behalf of his employees that don’t want to pay!

Not Professional, crooks! do not deal with them!
Professional Passenger Services is run by a bunch of scammers. They are dishonest people who will use your car for their own use to make money but when they have to pay they give you stories and give u the run around until you give up! They rented my car to use it as a shuttle for hotel guests and other bookings. We had an agreement that I will be paid 30 days after invoicing them. It’s been a nightmare trying to get my money from them. Christiaan, who is the fleet manager promised me that he will ensure that I am paid on time, he ignores my calls now and never gets back to me. Anisha who is in charge of accounts always does not know what I am talking about and always says she will call me back but never does. I am tired of you guys and will be taking you to court. I would not advise anyone to subcontract with them or deal with them at all because they are crooks and never want to pay !!
