I have been a Consultant since February 2023. The company policy is your MINIMUM ORDER VALUE MUST BE R750. In April 2025 I placed an order on 28 April #9878410 R235.75 plus #9878239 R544.53 total being R780.27. Payment was made on the same date. On the 25th April I placed an order #9900391 for R704.18. Somehow an #9865510 for R612.78 was found and delivered, and the monies which I paid into Avroy Shlain account was taken for the R612.78. I've spoken to my Area Manager, endlessly and tirelessly, but with no results. Today, 15th April, I called the credit department and again NO ACCEPTANCE OF SOMEONE AT THE COMPANY MAKING AN ERROR, I was just told I can't receive my last order of R704.18 . I'm also unable to return the order if R612.78 ad it's too late. Now I've got to return money to my client and be out of pocket. I'm so angry, please help.
I've just had a very bad experience with my Tedelex pressure cooker. It exploded. I was cooking oxtail. There was such a mess. On my curtains. Lounge suite. Dining room table. Floors. What a disturbing experience. This is the 2nd cooker I've bought from Makro. The first one never worked properly and they exchanged it. This one is still fairly new. I have been using pressure cookers in the past so I am very careful when they are on the stove. I had just gone outside when I heard a loud bang. My husband was walking towards the stove area and saw the explosion. He was in shock by the time I came inside. I have pictures of the devastation and can't wait to hear what Tedelex are going to say or do.
