I bought a pair of Asics Gel Kayano 31 Cool Matcha/Light Celadon shoes for my daughter November 2024 at almost R4000 for the pair of shoes. She has hardly done running with them. If she did 80km in total it was alot. Her rubber soles are falling off and they refuse to fix or replace them. She cannot wear the shoes like this as it makes her shoes very slippery. She has not done trial running only gym work and running 5km max at a time. Asics can definitely learn a lesson from FOM when it comes to customer service and poor workmanship. I WIL NOT RECOMMEND ASICS TO ANYONE.
Worst experience ever. People are clueless and the phone number does not work. They more your are trying to explain to them that they were the travel agent and needs to claim my refund from the airline the less the understand. After flights were cancelled we ended up on a standby flight to Cape Town. We missed our connecting flight and had to book our own flight back home. Mytrip is not willing to even try to understand that the are the one's who needs to claim the extra cost. I think a kindergarten kid will understand you better than one of them.
We logged a call a while ago regarding paint that was peeling. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience to deal with Johan and his lack of people and business skills. The painters did a good job but the aftercare service is disappointing to say the least. We have to make contact the whole time to get feedback back on the progress of the repairs etc.
Worst ever experience dealing with Telkom. We cancelled our line in 2017 as per advise given by Telkom employees in CC. We also went to a Telkom shop to cancel our line. Got a mail from Telkom's collections department 7x months later to pay our account. Lady didn't even worry to try and assist. The response was just I am not working in that department. Next we got calls from debt Collectors and this is where the nightmare started. They are arrogant and don't listen. The more we are trying to explain the less they want to listen. We have send them emails as well without them acknowledging that they received all our documents. You cannot call them they don't answer there phones. How do we stop this nightmare?
