Akalwayas Sandton City Bad Service
Akalwayas at Sandton city service is a ****show. The cashier at the Sandton city store had zero patience with us for a R700+ order, the lady giving out orders had a **** attitude for no reason. It’s as if everyone was just doing us a favour, as if we weren’t paying customers.

Fraudster!
My mom had a contract phone with glocell, the reason i say had is because now glocell has given their clients to cell c. She has been paying for the contract phone via bank deposits not monthly debits. Recently her phone got blocked and when we tried to get hold of glocell after sending proof of payment we were told that glocell clients are now cell c clients, bare in mind this was not communicated with her before. We called cell c and we were told there is nothing they can do as the money was transferred to the glocell account and not cell c, we have been trying to get hold of glocell to resolve this issue with no luck! We want a refund from Glocell as she now had to also pay cell c which is honestly not fair!
