Driver incompetence
The driver came to deliver my package, he didn't even call me to say he is outside, we just heard someone shouting outside our gate which was disturbing. He then **** that my phone is not going through when I asked him why he did not calling instead of shouting. I called myself to show him that my phone is working. Then he starts to tear open my package claiming that he wants a waybill then I proceed to complain that in all the years of getting parcels no one has ever opened my package. As I'm trying to take it from him he resists and tells me that he is leaving and that I won't get my package. He left and I don't have a product that I paid for, even worse the call center disconnected the first time I called after waiting a long time to speak to a consultant.

Netcare N17 Springs Mistreatment of Patients
My mom got admitted to Netcare N17 Hospital in Springs Johannesburg and the treatment she has been receieving is appalling from the nurses that are supposed to be taking care of her. They are impatient with her they are rude they are not assisting with ensuring that she eats and that she goes to the toilet because she is weak, she is being mishandled they get irritated and annoyed with her and they make funny remarks with regards to her condition and they are just behaving like they are doing her a favour. I told them that she is allergic to Sulphur but that was completely ignored and they gave her Sulphur now the reaction she has is causing bruises on her body that are very painfull she can't even touch those patches. In 2023 she stayed at the same hospital for 3 weeks and they still mistreated her and they still insisted on giving her Sulphur but I kept quiet because I was fearing for her life she was in a bad condition. She was so traumatised with the treatment she got in 2023 that she didn't want to return there now, but my hands are tied I had to take her there because it's the hospital that is closest to our home. From that stay she got the worst bed sores because they were not tending to her in the correct manner. Today I went to visit her, the lady who is sharing a ward with her told me that the nurses were being horrible to my mom and that I must raise the matter, she had to feed my mom because the nurses didn't want to bother with her, this really killed my spirit because we aquire these services thinking that our loved ones will be in good and safe hands. I decided to raise the matter while the Dr and nurse were tending to her the nurse had the nerve to say your mom doesnt know what is going on sometimes evidently looking annoyed so I felt that they were being unkind to her thinking that she can't comprehend what is going on. Meanwhile she can she is just scared to speak up she is not one to complain ever! My mom was so scared that I spoke up she said to me "dont say anything because when you leave I'm gonna be left with these people". Is it right that a patient who should be focusing on getting better must be worried about being left with health professionals who will abuse her? If they have better things to do why are they in this profession? Did they not vow to perform the duties that come with their jobs. Their attitudes are so unpleasant that one is even hesitant to inquire about the progress of a patient.
