Disgusted! HOK doesn't exist anymore and Kallie herself only has a filthy attitude.

Terrible customer service. I was told I'd receive my ring within 2-3 months, 4 months later I started fighting for some response on my ring as I did not even have the ring on my wedding day yet I was promised I would have it way before my wedding date. After confronting the owner (House of Kallie no longer exists) I was met with a ****y and filthy attitude. I am absolutely dumbfounded and disgusted with house of kallie and Kallie herself. I will be taking this further as she refuses to refund me or agree and understand why I won't pay the remainder of my deposit. I paid a 70% deposit and refuse to pay the rest because of how everything was handled. I was hoping for some sort of agreement but the reaction I received from her has left a vile taste in my mouth. I will not stand for this. Very rude person!!!! She is now going by House of Casting
