Levi's online advertise a returns policy, but this is non existent with no reply from the company 1 week after asking for a return. The customer service numbers also dont work, and one is unable to get hold of the company. Shocking from a supposed big brand. Terrible service
It is over a month since I paid for my licence renewal online at the Pick n Pay website, and I have not received anything, not received an email or call on the status of my renewal! I have called numerous times, and they have promised to call back, without any luck. Pick n Pay should not advertise 10 days service if they cannot fulfill this service. They should also take responsibility for any fines I receive due the delay.
