25/2/2019 There is a Yolande working at Suntek in Pretoria. They have installed Roof Awnings in Pretoria North at a complex. We contacted Suntek to come and service the roof awnings. They gave us a quote. The land lord opted to have the service and repairs done end of February 2019. Yolande wanted the full invoice paid upfront and then, the land lord had to wait 2 weeks before the work can be done, after she had to pay the invoice in full. I have my own business and I understand that, the more I keep my customer happy, the more business I will receive from the customer. Interesting that the land lord is willing to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% afterwards. Yolande and Suntek did not want to know anything about this as they state that they had to chase too many customers for payment, which is understandable. Why not accept the 50% deposit and remainder on completion of the work? Her attitude is really damaging to Suntek. Clearly, one can hear that she is working for a salary and do not have the business' best interest at heart. Customer service.... 0/10 today.
