SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT! I never received my product, they requested additional funds and when I cancelled they never refunded. Every time I enquire they either ignore, tell me I have to send and email, etc. This has been going on since July 2022. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

No assistance with fraud query
I have been struggling for months to be assisted with a fraud query. When I call I am going n hold until the call drops, my emails are not being responded to and I missed one call and never heard from again.

Serious lack of communication!
I logged 2 debit card disputes in early June. The first was reversed without any trouble. The second, and the larger amount, has still not been resolved. I have continuously sent emails, called and tried communicating with bankers on the secure chat. When I email I am ignored. If I call I am told I must be transferred and the bankers dealing with my query are not available. On the secure chat, I wait for 2hrs plus with no response. This is incredibly frustrating. I keep providing additional information and no one is assisting or providing feedback.

30 days - yeah right!
I used to be a happy customer, until.... On the 17th May 2019 a payment of over R2000 was made from my account at a theme park in England. My card and myself were in SA. I reported the incident immediately via phone call and stopped at a branch. We replaced the card and the lady at the branch told me the issue should be sorted within 30 days. I’ve phoned several times since and sent multiple emails. Someone was supposed to phone me on the 31st May. I am still waiting for the call and for feedback. It is absolutely ridiculous!

Work on your manners
When enquiring I was answered very rudely, I tried explaining the reason for my call and the person ended the call. I phoned back a second time and once again very rudely I was told off on a simple request and the call was ended again by the person on the other side. You work with people and believe it or not they want to be respected.
