We contacted German Spares Moot on the 8/2/2019 for parts, was looking for extra parts. Which I was told that they will look for and find out the prices of the parts. On the 11/02/2019 gave through prices, we made the payment and sent through proof of payment. Parts would have been here on the 12/02/2019 told me we will receive parts on the 13/02/2019, we received it befor 18:00. The one item was correct but the other parts completely wrong. Contacted them on the 14/02/2019 telling them the parts are wrong, say they would look for the correct parts. 16/02/2019 say they are still waiti g for prices. On the 21/02/2019 I asked to be refunded for tge parts, told me they can only resupply me, and that tge mistake is on their side (Apprentice got the wrong parts) and also on their invoice it states that any wrong parts beed to be reported within 48 hours and will be refunded. Well we contacted them with in one day, still no refund and still the wrong parts. Everyday they tell us they are waiting for head office.
