I had recently ordered a part for my car at Kia Diepriver and paid for it, I was told that it would take at least 7 days for the part to be delivered and I would be contacted to collect. After the 7 days I had not received any correspondence from them so I called just to be told that the wrong part had arrived and it was sent back so i had to wait " a couple of weeks for the correct part to come from China. Such a disappointment and to make thins even worse I had made payment in cash and was told that I can not be refunded in cash it has to be done via EFT. The customer service sucks, I would have expected them to call and explain that something had gone wrong with the order, that I would have understood, but they had failed to do so. I usually purchase all my spares at this specific branch but I will never set foot in there again.
