I will never again buy a Kia especially at the Diepriver branch.Once I took delivery of our brand new Kia Picanto the after sales was shocking.They are definitely not really interested in you as a Customer.So be mindful of that. They suddenly forget how important Customers are to their business.

Kia Motors Diep River seem to be under the impression that they own the entire road! Their cars are parked down the entire street, outside residential properties and in other business owners parkings. Shame on you Kia!

I had recently ordered a part for my car at Kia Diepriver and paid for it, I was told that it would take at least 7 days for the part to be delivered and I would be contacted to collect. After the 7 days I had not received any correspondence from them so I called just to be told that the wrong part had arrived and it was sent back so i had to wait " a couple of weeks for the correct part to come from China. Such a disappointment and to make thins even worse I had made payment in cash and was told that I can not be refunded in cash it has to be done via EFT. The customer service sucks, I would have expected them to call and explain that something had gone wrong with the order, that I would have understood, but they had failed to do so. I usually purchase all my spares at this specific branch but I will never set foot in there again.
