An order placed on 02/10/2023 and a promised delivery date of either 4th/5th /10/2023 by Builders Warehouse Constantia Berg still hasn’t arrived? I have been waiting 2 weeks for this delivery to take place! Be careful when placing orders online with Builders Warehouse. Getting answers from them is like pulling teeth too!
Order number: 2020954640 I was asked by the manager of the Constantia Berg Builders Warehouse to place an order online for a shower enclosure I was looking to purchase due to the Constantia Berg branch not having stock. I was told there were 6 in stock at the Somerset Wes branch and if I placed my order online through the Constantia Berg branch that they would collect the shower enclosure and deliver this week. My order states delivery will take place on 17th Oct.? I have sent a number of emails with no response. Builders Warehouse Constantia Berg never fails to disappoint
Forget them answering any of your calls and when they do, they’ll transfer your call to another line that goes, yet again, unanswered! Poor service from Toyota, very disappointed!
What gives “The Unlimited” the right to harass me with endless phone calls?! I am not interested in any of your services, STOP PHONING ME!!
Forget taking Mweb with you when you move! It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get my account moved across to my new address. Now that the account has been moved, I have no internet connection?! I have to restart my router every 10 minutes before I actually just give up! Try getting hold of Mweb - well that is an absolute joke too! Log a query, you will get some huge instruction list of how to fix the problem that no body can actually understand! I have sent mails, called, logged queries and nothing changes, I still don’t have internet almost a month later. You can get a better package with RSAweb, the same 35/25 line for R200 cheaper. Maybe their customer support is better too. If my internet problems are not fixed within the next couple days, I am going to reverse this months payment and move across to RSAweb!
Builders Warehouse Constantia Berg! I absolutely hate this builders! The customer service is shocking. If you want wood or glass cut I would suggest using somewhere else! Ian’s attitude stinks! This is not the first time I’ve walked out of this shop disappointed and empty handed but it is definitely the last, I will never ever go back to this shocker of a builders warehouse!!!
Checkers blue route mall seems to have very little concern when addressing the problem we have with spreading the coronavirus. No hand sanitizers at the till points, the cashiers don’t stand a chance. Personal space is also a problem, staff and other customers are all on top of each other. Checkers forces a Q outside to limit the amount of people in the shop at once, why is it that entire family’s are allowed in? It should be limited to one family member to enter! Poor management and lack of concern for the coronavirus, the place is filthy too! Very disappointed in checkers, I wouldn’t recommend going to checkers blue route.
Kia Motors Diep River seem to be under the impression that they own the entire road! Their cars are parked down the entire street, outside residential properties and in other business owners parkings. Shame on you Kia!
Greenpoint McDonalds, why is it that I am told you don’t serve chicken burgers in the morning because it’s now your breakfast menu? Why is it that I am told to park my car and wait for my food because there are cars behind me?? I was first in line at the drive through and I should be served first! We are entering holiday season with plenty of tourists around, I hope you don’t give them the same shocking service!!
I share a bond with me ex-girlfriend. You wouldn't believe the nightmare it has been trying to apply for an endor*****t 57 with Nedbank!! I started this journey in December 2018 when i visited Nedbank (Blue Route branch, Tokai) to find out what documents would be needed for the endor*****t 57 application. Saturday 11 May 2019 I went back to Nedbank (same branch) and started my application with sales person Monique Julies. I had "all documentation" required to start the application as discussed with the branch manager in December 2018. Okay, there was a problem with my latest bank statement (it didn't reflect my last pay cheque). "Not a problem, just email it to me when you get it". On 14 May 2019, this bank statement was emailed to Monique Julies and on the same day, a confirmation of receipt was mailed back from Monique Julies. After sitting in limbo up to 3 June 2019, i sent a mail to Monique Julies asking if my application had been submitted? No response... 5th June 2019, I sent another mail to Monique Julies asking for an update on my application? I received a mail back from Monique Julies apologising for the late response, she was out of office and that she will get back to me shortly. Funny i didn't receive an automated out of office mail when i asked for an update on 3rd June 2019. I'm not sure what "ill get back to you shortly means" because on 7 June 2019, i had to ask again if my application had been submitted? And again.. no response from Monique Julies! 11 June 2019, I sent yet another mail asking what the hold is, has my application been submitted. I got a huge apology from Monique Julies and a statement, "this wont happen again". But could i please send her a copy of my divorce decree??? Why is she only asking for this now? I send the divorce decree. Monique Julies replies, "I have sent off the divorce decree and will follow up tomorrow morning," "You should receive notification of it in the evening or tomorrow morning". Do you think i received an notification in the morning? Nope, no notification and no update from Monique Julies. I received my notification on 18 June 2019?? The "notification" from Nedbank Homeloans Digital Channel asking for the following outstanding documents *General documents - Divorce Decree * General documents - Divorce Settlement Agreement *Documents for (Ross Ashcraft Anderson) - Copy Of ID *Documents for (Ross Ashcraft Anderson) - Proof Of Income *Documents for (Ross Ashcraft Anderson) - Other Bank Statement??? Can someone explain where all my documents given to Monique Julies went??? 18 June 2019, I copy and paste the section of mail that states that Nedbank Homeloan Digital Channel is asking for my outstanding documents, asking Monique Julies, what has happened to my all documentation given to her? Monique Julies replies, "Please do ignore the email as I have sent the documents that are required". 2 July 2019, After not receiving any feedback, update or notification, I forwarded all communication between myself, Nedbank Homeloan Digital Channel and Monique Julies to "clientfeedback@nedbank". Shortly after that, I receive a mail from Monique Julies asking me for yet another bank statement??? This must be a joke? Honestly! 2 July 2019 - "Monique see attached bank statement as requested" 3 July 2019, "Monique, is everything in order now?... 3 July 2019.... And I am still waiting for a response from clientfeedback@nedbank as promised within 24 hours of my complaint.
