The importance for Customers is non existent. I have emailed and left messages and had no responses. They are SHOCKING when it comes to assisting clients with travel which is the only thing they should be doing.
I have never experienced such shocking Customer Service repeatedly from 1 company. Customers mean absolutely nothing and it shows in the way i have been treated in terms of just blatantly ignoring emails or requests for someone to call me back? Terrible to say the least.
Its been almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for a Senior Management person to call me this after sending a few emails as well, relating to a complaint.The apology they give in their responses is merely lip service.I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them.
Good Morning, its been a long time ago that I have dealt with such a terrible company like BritelinkMCT and looking at all the recent reviews I can understand why I am frustrated. I have called the landline and it has worked since the first time I try in Dec.I have sent emails to Jason (a Management person)and got absolutely no response. Could I ask that the Owner of this company call me as soonest.The service has been nothing less then shocking. Thanks TREVOR
I will never again buy a Kia especially at the Diepriver branch.Once I took delivery of our brand new Kia Picanto the after sales was shocking.They are definitely not really interested in you as a Customer.So be mindful of that. They suddenly forget how important Customers are to their business.
Their logo says "Live your dream",it's more like I just lived a nightmare instead.Empty promises and pathetic service all round.I will never recommend this college to anyone.
