The importance for Customers is non existent. I have emailed and left messages and had no responses. They are SHOCKING when it comes to assisting clients with travel which is the only thing they should be doing.

Do not use them. They cannot respond to requests for booking changes in the 24 hours requested. They are definitely not a concierge service and actually cost you more than buying elsewhere. Be warned. They definitely do not respond to queries.

Trying to book car hire . Keep getting kicked out on the online system . Spend half an hour on the phone to the travel desk - eventually couldn’t wait any longer . Tried the online chat - to no avail . Very frustrating - flying tomorrow

I have had a long outstanding query from them and unless you contact them they don't give you feedback. I spoke to a lady yesterday whom did take .you details and she did contact me, but on average, average.service. I had fraud on my Woolworths Card and the money was refunded to me in 3 days!! I am also considering moving all my business to another medical aid. I am tired of mediocre service.

I booked an Emirates flight through the Multiply Travel Desk. Due to Corona scare I have decided to delay my flight from March to June. Emirates has stated that there will be no change fees for flights as this global pandemic trashes all travel plans. Multiply Travel Desk however say "Total cost to process requested date change = R2336.44" I queried this saying the airline does not charge so why such a high fee, there answer is: "Please note that Emirates has waived the penalty charges however if there is any difference in fare and taxes, those will still be charged. So the difference that you will need to pay less the penalty fee is R1830.44 subject to availability." So they were still charging me a waivered penalty fee! Now there is a R500 difference in price. I worked out the price of my March ticket and that of the new June dates and with taxes for the same class of ticket (Flex) and it should cost me no more than R830? Yet I am being penalized by a division of the Health provider Momentum for a global health scare! Disgraceful! They are taking complete advantage of consumers when they should be the ones we turn to in this crisis! Disgusted, Marios

I Sent Multiply travel an email on Friday in the morning 8th Nov 2019 reg travel arrangements, which they only replied to me on Monday around 10:32 after which i had to phone them to ask them why no one has replied to me, i then replied to yes that evening i would like the booking they must send me the payment link, i then still did not get an email back , i only got one back today at 10:30 saying that they cannot help me anymore for i dont meet the advance requirements, which i do for its 3 business days before i travel!!! i only need the booking For Friday!!!! I'm not happy at all for the service that i have received from the help des**** this is unacceptable for i have already made my travel arrangements . I dont see why i need multiply if this is the service we get, they take for ever to respond! I asked to speak to a manager , which the response was that She is busy at the moment.
